Appointment Process for Customers.
We graciously ask that all customers read and agree to these guidelines for your own safety and that of other customers and ourselves.
Many of our customers are undergoing treatment which lowers their immunity and leaves them vulnerable to infections.
Lockdown has being eased, but the Virus is still out there and form some people it’s still Deadly.
Please do NOT book an appointment if you have, or have the symptoms of Covid19.
- Customers will be required to book an appointment directly with the Salon either via the contact form or call 01704541060
- NO walk-ins will be allowed
- Appointment will be 30 -45 minutes max to ensure safeguarding for all
- Please don’t turn up Early or Late. We need time to disinfect the public areas between customers
- Customers must arrive at the agreed time,no waiting in the Salon. Early arrivals must wait outside. There re NO exceptions
- Please don't bring your Dog with you, animals are not allowed in the shop (except for assistance animals)
- Customers will be asked to disinfect their hands on entering the salon Hand sanitiser (min 70% alcohol) is available
- We may take your temperature using a non contact Temperature Gun
- Customers are encouraged to use contactless payment and cashless where possible
Customer must postpone their appointment if they or anyone they live with feel unwell or display signs of Covid 19
If you are unsure about any of these guidelines or feel you cannot adhere to them then please speak to us prior to your appointment otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and refuse access to the premises.
